Sami Pääkkönen, Service Coordinator

Sami Pääkkönen joined Cross Wrap in 2016 and has since become an essential part of the team as a Service Coordinator. In his role, he organizes customer visits, provides technical support, manages retrofit and service sales, and oversees installations and startups. No two days are alike, which keeps the work both challenging and rewarding.

Originally drawn to Cross Wrap for its interesting industry and great team, Sami approaches every task with perseverance, a focus on excellent customer service, and a willingness to learn something new. He thrives on solving challenging cases, contributing to R&D projects, and guiding colleagues with his expertise.

Outside of work, Sami is passionate about cars and motorsports, enjoying hands-on projects, attending events, and experiencing races firsthand.
