Bale Turning Unit adds flexibility: it allows you to dewire both cross-wired and standard horizontally wired bales in the same line. With this solution, you don’t have to separate bales by types or remove wires manually, the unit makes your dewiring operation more automatic.

How it works?

The Bale Turning Unit rotates each bale to right position for automatic wire cutting and removal. Connected to a Dewiring Machine, it enables both horizontal and cross-wires to be removed in one continuous process. After the first wire layer is cut and coiled, the unit turns the bale again so the remaining wires can be dewired efficiently. With the optional machine vision system, the bale orientation is detected automatically, making the entire process fully automatic and hands-free.
