The Bale Opener automates tough part of recycling and fuel handling: opening tightly packed bales containing waste-to-energy material, such as RDF and SRF. The machine cuts the bales open from three sides and removes the film and possible ties keeping the bale together, letting only the baled material through to the next step of your process.
The fully automatic Bale Opener is designed for high-capacity facilities, it improves safety, efficiency, and cleanliness – keeping your production running without interruptions. The bale loading is made easy with optional conveyors, and the machine opens variable size bales, both rectangular and round bales.
“In our Bale Opener, we use the same proven technology as in the Bale Dewiring Machine. Both have been developed and improved over the past ten years through continuous learning.“
Automated Achieve smooth and continuous material flow with an automated solution. In addition, you save on labour costs and space as well as keep your facility clean.
Film & ties separation More production with less cost as film and ties do not end up in the process. Coiled wires and film save space in storage and transportation compared to loose tying material.
High efficiency Delivers continuous, steady material flow with minimal downtime. Low electricity consumption and low maintenance costs increase efficiency and productivity.
Flexible & scalable Opens different bale sizes, square and round bale, and different materials.
Durable The robust machine structure is designed for high volumes. Its strength, combined with readily available spare parts for wear components, ensures a long product lifetime.
Customizable Add-ons like the Bale Slice Breaker increase throughput and prevent blockages.
