We want to secure your machine performance and value. Our customers have chosen our on-site service to check 1. either machine condition, safety, and production performance during operation, or 2. an overall condition review for resale or used-machine purchase purposes, with recommendations for spare parts and upgrades. After each check we deliver a machine check report for customer.  

Machine check includes: 

• Comprehensive machine condition check and safety assessment 
• Machine production speed, alarm log and operational capacity check 
• Machine operation analysis including optimization of parameters 
• Sensor adjustments or similar optimization works   
• Operator skill level analysis including additional training 
• Official report is given with tips and machine upgrade recommendations including a list of spare parts 
• Cross Wrap on-site inspected status – Inspected & Verified by Cross Wrap

As our customer, partner, or machine re-seller, you can choose service visit for your machine’s upkeep and service. Our comprehensive service visits with preventive maintenance program benefits all of your operations, and machine needs. The preventive maintenance visit can be done without major halt in the process. 

The Cross Wrap service contract presents you an easy way to obtain proactive maintenance, support, modernization updates, and reliable spare part services. All Cross Wrap machines are possible to keep updated with the latest Cross Wrap programming and mechanical properties, thanks to the expertise of our staff. The service contract helps you to maintain the machine operation productivity as high as possible.
