Hanne-Maria Kekäläinen joined Cross Wrap in 2022 and works as a Customer Relations Manager, a role that combines sales, customer care, organization, and process development. Above all, she describes herself as “a human to a human” warm, approachable, and down-to-earth.
Her journey to Cross Wrap began through a unique recruiting program, where both sides had to match. From the very beginning, something felt right about Cross Wrap, and that feeling has proven true. Driven by fairness, teamwork, and genuine human connection, Hanne-Maria finds motivation in new challenges and in meeting people from all walks of life. Outside of work, Hanne-Maria leads her son’s football team, watching young players grow and learn teamwork, something that continues to inspire her every day.
