Automatic bale flipping means fewer forklift moves, safer operations and higher throughput. Suitable when your bale feed may come from trucks, storage areas, or balers where the bales are placed “as they are” (wire orientation may not be ideal). This add-on is especially relevant for facilities processing bales of mixed plastics, PET bottles, or any size bale where orientation needs correction.

How it works?

With our fully automatic infeed process forklift places bale on table, table flips the bale and feeds into next stage. Bale flipping table handles bales where the wires are vertical (for example from 2-ram balers) and need to be flipped so that the wires become horizontal, which is required for the Dewiring machine. It is positioned and assembled at the beginning of the feeding conveyor, ahead of the Dewiring machine.
